Overview: This project involved the design of a new 11,500 square foot medical office building and pharmacy located adjacent to HHHN’s corporate headquarters in Queensbury, NY. The program features a large waiting room with separate sick & well areas, an administrative/filing core, 18 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 2 mental health provider rooms, a large nurse’s station, blood draw lab, clean & soiled storage rooms, a large provider’s office, and a large staff room.
