Overview: This project involved the development of various conceptual site/massing schemes for a new 18,000 square foot medical office building located in Queensbury, NY.  We were tasked with developing concepts that maximized building square footage and parking area. The building is sized to accommodate space for Primary Care, Urgent Care, diagnostic imaging, and lab services.
