Size: 16,550 SF
Overview: This project involved additions and renovations to an existing fire station while the building was occupied. The addition totaled 2,900 square feet and included new firematic spaces such as work rooms, equipment rooms, an SCBA room, and a conference room. The existing 13,650 square foot building was completely renovated with new finishes, kitchen equipment, and public toilets. Existing MEP systems were replaced and upgraded for energy efficiency. Exterior renovations included a new single-ply roofing system and sitework included development of a new parking area along with reconfiguration of traffic flow.
