Size: 20,000 SF

Overview: This project involves the design and fit-up of a new 20,000 square foot addition to an existing medical office building. Hudson Headwaters Health Network and the Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital (CVPH) are working jointly to establish this new federally qualified health center with the goal of expanding access to primary care services to residents across the region. The building features space for Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Specialty Services.
